  • What are the benefits of ordering my clothes online?
  • Online shopping can be done at any time. It is convenient, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the time that suits you best. Returns and exchanges are simple and easy, no matter the reason.



  • I saw an item online and I can’t find it on the website anymore, what happened?
  • An item that is out of stock and can’t be replenished is removed from the website.


  • Do I have to create a full account in the customer section to place an order online?
  • No! Creating an account in the customer section is not required to place an order online. It is possible to order directly without having to register. However, by registering in the customer section, your customer profile and contact details will be saved securely to facilitate and speed up future online orders.


  • How can I modify or cancel my order?
  • No worries, Mademoiselle! If you want to cancel or modify your order, it is important to promptly contact our customer service by emailing us at info@forevermlle.com  or by calling us at (819) 850-0480 to inform us of the change.


  • I have a promo code or a gift card number. Where do I enter my code to apply it on my order?
  • It will be possible to enter your code when you complete your order online. Once all items in your cart are selected, click on Payment. On the new page displayed, there will be a box identified as a gift card or coupon code. This is where you can enter your code. Once you have completed this step, click Apply to see the total amount or promotion applied to your order.

    Please note: Only one promo code can be applied at a time. For gift cards, you can enter several codes one after the other.


  • Can my gift card be used for multiple transactions?
  • Absolutely! The same gift card can be used for more than one order. The balance of your gift card can be verified using the link provided in the original email of the gift card. If the amount of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, you will be able to pay the difference with another payment method.


  • Can my promo code (cashback) be used for multiple transactions?
  • The promo code which is sent to you as a purchase discount or monetary value must be used in a single transaction because the balance will not be carried forward for a subsequent transaction. It is important to ensure that the total of your order is not less than the amount of your discount. If the amount of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, you will be able to pay the difference with another payment method.


  • Since I cannot try on the garment, I’m not sure which size is the right one for me. What can I do?
    This is why it is important to know your measurements before shopping online. Do this exercise before you start shopping to make sure you choose the right sizes.

    Our approach is to guide you while you are shopping, making your Mademoiselle experience more pleasant, simple and reassuring. Because each brand is different and has its own size standards, these are important factors to consider when choosing a garment. Since our online clothing store offers different brands, we make sure to display the clothing size chart of each product from a particular brand.

    In addition, when the clothes arrive at our warehouse, our team of experts makes sure to verify that the size matches the charter of the brand in question. If necessary, we will add more instructions in the spec sheet of the garment (for example, if its size is larger or smaller than normal).

  • Where do you deliver?
  • For now, delivery is available in Canada only.

  • What are the shipping costs for an online order?
  • Delivery is free anytime, anywhere in the province of Quebec. For all other provinces in Canada, a fixed delivery charge of $15 is added to the order’s total.  

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receipt. Delivery usually takes within 2 to 9 business days, depending on the carrier in question.


  • What should I do if the clothes I ordered don’t fit?
  • Whatever the reason, returns are simple and easy and only require a few steps:

    1. Contact our customer service department at info@forevermlle.com! to inform them of your return and obtain an authorization number.
    2. Once your authorization number has been received, prepare the package with the item(s) to be returned by writing the authorization number on the side of the box.
    3. Ship your package at the post office

    Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order (according to the tracking number). The merchandise must be in its original condition: never worn, unwashed, without stains, without tears, labels still attached to the garment and including all its parts (if applicable, including the box for shoes).

    For merchandise on sale, there will be no refunds, only an exchange will be offered following the same return policy.
    At all times jewelry, underwear and new items whose label has been removed are final sales.

    No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Packages without an authorization number will automatically be returned at your expense.

    When we receive your package, we will proceed to its usual inspection. If the returned item meets every requirement, you will receive an email confirmation accepting your return and you will be refunded through the same method of payment as your order. Note that the original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded (if applicable).


  • An item in my order is defective, what should I do?
  • Although a thorough inspection of each piece of clothing is done at the warehouse, it may happen that despite everything, the garment is damaged upon arrival. If the item ordered is defective in any way, take a picture of the item showing the defect and contact our customer service department at info@forevermlle.com .  

  • If I want to return an item, will I pay any shipping costs for my return?
  • A maximum amount of $10 is assumed by Forever Mademoiselle for the return of your merchandise. If the shipping costs of your merchandise exceed this amount, it will be deducted from the amount of your refund.


  • Are there items that are non-exchangeable, non-refundable?
  • At all times, all jewelry, undergarments and new items whose tags have been removed are considered a final sale, so no exchange or refund are possible. For merchandise on sale, no refund possible, exchange only.


  • Can I exchange or get a refund for an item on sale purchased online?
  • All items on sale are exchangeable but not refundable. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order (according to the tracking number). The merchandise must be in its original condition: never worn, unwashed, without stains, without tears, with the labels still attached to the garment and including all parts (the box for shoes, for example).
