Return and refund

When you return a purchase, you must include all parts (if applicable). Return of regularly priced items will result in a refund.


Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order (according to the tracking number). The goods must be in their original state: un-washed, without spots or tears, with tags attached, and must include all parts (if applicable). Sale merchandise is not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for credit on the site.


No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Shipments without an authorization number will be automatically returned at your expense.


To obtain an authorization number, please contact our customer service.


 We do not assume the shipping cost for returns.


If an item is defective, please take a picture of it showing the defect and contact our customer service.


Jewelry is considered a final sale, and is not eligible for refund or exchange, as are any new items that have the labels removed.



Notes: The original shipping and handling are not reimbursed. Reimbursement will be made by the same payment method of your order, and you will receive confirmation of the refund by email.
